We may collect a contact name, company, business email, country, phone or messaging contact, buyer type, product interest, quantity, project requirements and files voluntarily submitted in an inquiry.
Technical server logs and security events may also be processed by the hosting and security services needed to operate the website.
How we use information
Information is used to review sourcing requests, clarify requirements, recommend models, prepare quotations, communicate about projects and maintain necessary business records.
Inquiry data is stored in the website administration system and may be delivered to the responsible sales inbox. The current website does not load analytics or advertising tracking.
Legal basis and sharing
We process inquiry information to take steps requested before a possible contract, respond to legitimate B2B sourcing requests and, where required, on the basis of consent.
Information may be shared with hosting, email, security or supply-chain service providers only when needed to operate the website or respond to the project.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the sourcing discussion, follow-up, legal obligations and dispute handling; records no longer needed are deleted or anonymized.
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International transfers and rights
ATV-TY operates from China, so inquiry information may be processed in China and by service providers used for the project. Safeguards are applied where applicable law requires them.
To request access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right, submit the Request a Quote form with “Privacy request” as the model reference. We may need to verify the requester’s identity.
