How business inquiry information is handled.
This working policy explains the intended treatment of B2B contact and project information in the static prototype.
Legal review is still required. The official English legal entity, privacy email, hosting, form processor and retention schedule are pending confirmation.
Information we collect
We may collect a contact name, company, business email, country, phone or messaging contact, buyer type, product interest, quantity, project requirements and files voluntarily submitted in an inquiry.
Technical server logs, security events and consent preferences may also be processed by the final hosting and security services.
How we use information
Information is used to review sourcing requests, clarify requirements, recommend models, prepare quotations, communicate about projects and maintain necessary business records.
We do not use the current static prototype to transmit form data, run analytics or load advertising technology.
Legal basis and sharing
The final policy will identify the applicable legal basis for responding to business inquiries and maintaining requested pre-contract communications.
Information may be shared only with service providers or supply-chain participants needed to respond to the project, subject to the final system and contracts.
Retention and security
Retention periods will be defined after the sales, email, CRM, hosting and legal-record systems are selected.
Reasonable technical and organizational controls should be applied, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International transfers and rights
The final policy will explain where data is processed, the transfer mechanism used where required, and how visitors may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, objection or complaint rights.
A verified privacy contact must be added before production launch.
